Weight loss is never easy. I should know! I'm a mother, a woman in her 30's, and a woman diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Weight loss for me has been hard since my thyroid conditioned was discovered 7 years ago. After years of letting my condition go untreated I decided to get help. For the past 4 years my thyroid medication has been helpful with my symptoms but, not with my weight loss. That part had to come from me.
I won't lie to you losing the weight before the baby was hard but, now that I'm a mother weight loss is even harder. Some of it has to do with my hypothyroidism but, mostly it has to do with my time. Fitting in work, motherhood, running my household, exercise, and being a wife into 24 hours is tough.

In the Spring of 2007, I decided to help out women in my same situation. I wanted to help out busy mothers like myself and women diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Letting women know they have options for weight loss that didn't include dieting, starvation, diet pills and excessive exercising is important to me.

Client Results
C.P. Age: 38, and mother of 4 children saw results fast. In two months C.P. was down 16 lbs, lost 11.5 inches, lost 4% body fat, and her BMI went down 1.8 points.
L.C. Age: 46, works full time also saw results fast. In 6 weeks L.C. lost 12 lbs, lost 7 inches, lost 3.1% body fat, and her BMI went down 1.6 points.

Amanda makes working out fun!   She teaches you how to achieve your goals when you are working out on your own.  I thought having a personal trainer was too expensive.  Amanda let my friend and I share the cost which made it affordable for us.  There have been days that I really didn’t want to work out I went because I made the appointment and when I was done with our session I was glad I did.  Working with Amanda has been a great for my self-esteem too; I have done things in our workouts that I didn’t think I could do, or would have even tried doing on my own.
