better than I. Over the years I’ve trained and competed in bodybuilding,
power lifting and MMA all while trying to balance work, school and
social activates. The point of all that? There IS time to exercise in
your day and it IS important enough to fit in. Time is precious and
there are a lot of great uses for it, but how can you be sure that you
are maximizing it? Working with a personal trainer not only allows you
to be accountable but it allows you to be efficient. When it’s a

In the fall of 2007 my Dr. diagnosed me with Sciatica. Combine that with
the Arthritis in my hip, I began to feel like I was in my 90's instead
of my 30's. So on January 1, 2008, I decided to make a change, lose
weight and get in shape. After 4 months of going to the gym on my own
