No one understands trying to fit time to exercise into a busy schedule better than I. Over the years I’ve trained and competed in bodybuilding, power lifting and MMA all while trying to balance work, school and social activates. The point of all that? There IS time to exercise in your day and it IS important enough to fit in. Time is precious and there are a lot of great uses for it, but how can you be sure that you are maximizing it? Working with a personal trainer not only allows you to be accountable but it allows you to be efficient. When it’s a struggle to make an hour in the day to workout, it’s important that the hour you have is well structured and conducive to your personal fitness goals, let me teach you how.

I’ve been helping people (just like you) achieve their fitness goals for years, whether it’s weight loss, gaining lean body mass, increasing sports performance or just better general health. I do so by integrating weight training, cardiovascular activity, healthy eating and person accountability (you’re accountable to me as well!) in a structured, easy to follow and easy to execute manner.

In the fall of 2007 my Dr. diagnosed me with Sciatica. Combine that with the Arthritis in my hip, I began to feel like I was in my 90's instead of my 30's. So on January 1, 2008, I decided to make a change, lose weight and get in shape. After 4 months of going to the gym on my own and getting basically nowhere, I decided to hire a personal trainer.
I had seen Spencer at Anytime Fitness a few times and decided to call him. I am so glad I did.
