WELCOME
Welcome to Anytime Fitness, Groton’s first and only 24 hour state-of-the-art fitness facility.  Located on Route 119 near Mill Run Plaza and directly across the street from PinPoint Deluxe (formerly NEBS), Anytime Fitness is convenient, safe and open to its members 24 hours per day, everyday.  View some photos of the gym here!

MEMBER SECURITY
We feel the safety and security of our members is paramount.  That is why our club comes equipped with a highly sophisticated security system complete with closed circuit television, digital video recorders, hard wired and remote emergency buttons as well as remote viewing capability.

THE FACILITY
Starting with just an empty shell the owners referenced their over 35 years experience in health clubs to create a friendly, welcoming environment complemented by  the best fitness equipment the industry has to offer.  Completed in April of 2007 Anytime Fitness Groton’s amenities include XM satellite radio throughout the facility including tanning rooms and restrooms.  There are three spacious restrooms which include beautiful ceramic tiled showers, two tanning rooms (beds), a locker area and designated stretching area with floor mats and training aids.   Personal training is also available on site.

All of our cardio equipment is manufactured by StarTrac and tied into a cardio theater system allowing the user to listen to any of the six 37” flat screen televisions suspended from the ceiling.

Strength
We offer a combination of StarTrac, PreCor and Paramount strength equipment.  We also have a full line of dumbbells and fixed barbells from 20 lbs to 110 lbs.  Both the dumbbells and barbells feature TriGrip, the only anatomically correct system on the market today which increases lifting comfort and efficiency.
