With a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Anthony possesses many years of combined experience in business management, sales/marketing, fitness/personal training, construction and design.

Since 2003, after becoming a licensed Realtor in Massachusetts, one of Anthony’s areas of focus has been on purchasing rental and income properties, as well as property remodeling and “flipping”.  He successfully completed his last “flip” in 2005 after completely remodeling a decaying 100 yr old Victorian property in Leominster, Mass. which was sold for above asking price after only its 2nd day on the market.

In a fitness related capacity Anthony held the position of Director of Corporate Fitness for Future Electronics Corporation, located in Bolton, Massachusetts from 1999 to 2004.  He was responsible for the research, implementation and supervision of the design and construction of the gym, the purchase of all equipment and peripherals necessary, as well as staffing and day to day management of an 8,000 sq. foot Corporate Fitness Facility.

From theory to conception, Anthony was responsible for analyzing and forecasting an appropriate budget for the Fitness Center for the review and eventual approval by the Corporate Director of U.S. Operations.  Anthony oversaw the demolition of the proposed space, necessary build out to meet designed usage as well as code enforcements, conducted due diligence to research and procure the appropriate equipment, flooring, audio system, management/membership software, as well as the paint and overall design scheme of the facility.

As the Director he would author the necessary local advertisements for employment, conduct all initial interviews for staffing, schedule staffed hours of operation and manage all employees. Anthony also instituted employee incentive programs as well as invited guest speakers (Smoke Cessation, Diet/Nutrition Seminars, Blood Drives, Creation of Intramural Softball League, etc.) to increase Fitness Center awareness, membership and address general day-to-day health issues of its members.

As an A.F.A.A. Nationally Certified Personal Trainer since 1998 and amateur bodybuilder, Anthony has personally trained a multitude of individuals providing instruction of equipment usage, designing and following individualized training routines as well as personalized nutritional programs. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast and former amateur competitive bodybuilder, Gerard brings a wealth of knowledge in the fitness industry to Fit Lifestyles, Inc. In the early 1980’s, as a personal trainer in New York, Gerard trained numerous individuals from every lifestyle and profession working under the business name of Unique Physique.

After moving to Massachusetts in 1990 Gerard pursued a career in executive security.  As a graduate from the most intensive protective services programs in the industry, Gerard has been responsible for safeguarding numerous celebrities, Fortune 500 company executives, politicians and foreign dignitaries, both domestically and abroad. For several years, Gerard was a security agent for an international security consulting firm prior to serving as a Special Agent in the Presidential Security Advisory Unit in Haiti.  There, he was responsible for providing personal protection to former Presidents, Renee Preval and Jean-Bertrand Aristide.

Upon his return from Haiti, Gerard Boniello and a close colleague, Scott Campbell, founded Corporate Resources Group, Inc. an international security consulting firm located in Woburn, Massachusetts.  CRG has supported some of the largest corporations in the United States as well as abroad.  Since its inception in May of 1999, Gerard has served as the firm’s President and Managing Partner.

In 2003 Gerard provided services to the United States Agency for International Development in Afghanistan.  He was assigned to help protect the rebuilding efforts and ensure overall protection of over 2,000 expatriate workers. He was also responsible for training over 800 Minister of Interior Police Officers.

Most recently, Gerard traveled throughout Europe providing security for the cast of a major motion picture during it's red carpet premieres.
