How do members know if they’re eligible?

All eligible members will receive the fitness icon
in the upper right hand
corner of their medical ID card.
· Members may check the Blue Cross online member service center, “myBlueCross,” at www.bluecrossmn.com to see if the program is listed as part of their benefits.

on the back of their member ID card.
