This personal trainer and fitness coach is a former college football and track star who knows how to raise an athlete’s fitness level to maximum performance. Terrance uses his seven years of experience as a fitness coach to help aspiring athletes in high school, college and professional sports unlock their physical potential.
He helps athletic adults keep their chiseled physiques while attaining their personal fitness goals and guides ex-athletes looking to maintain their current endurance levels.
Certified by the American Muscle & Fitness Personal Training Institute and Personal Fitness Instructor Training, He wants to design an innovative workout for you that will include creative ways to increase muscle mass and endurance. “Here at Anytime Fitness, we give our clients something different. We provide a variety of exercises to keep you interested. I create personal workout programs that are fun, challenging and safe.”

Carla Shofner
As an Aerobics & Fitness Association of America Certified Personal Trainer and Group Trainer since 1994, this Brevard County native loves to perpetuate her passion for fitness.
Carla designs workouts that focus on the individual’s needs. She develops programs that include weight management, and cardiovascular training, as well as muscle strength and endurance. No one is exempt from her passion; she trains men, women and children. Whatever your need is - with communication and commitment, “change” can happen.
Carla holds an AS degree in Occupational Therapy and is a Certified Occupational Therapist. With this she specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, focused on post-surgical joint function and post-stroke rehab, enabling the individual to live an independent and functional life.
Carla believes that fitness is the only “Fountain of Youth” and that changing your life-style will lead to a healthier and more confident you.
