What if I need
help getting started with my fitness program?
Every new member
receives a FREE fitness orientation with our personal trainer.
This orientation session is designed to orient you to the club
and the equipment and set up a workout to get you started. We
will be able to provide you with general information about the
equipment, how to use it safely, and most important how to use
it effectively. We will also follow up to make sure you are
comfortable with the equipment and on your way to reaching your
goals. For more advanced training and results we recommend
working one-on-one with a personal trainer to really focus on
you and your individual fitness goals. You will find that you
will reach your goals quicker and more effectively with the
assistance of a personal trainer. We are truly here to help you
achieve your goals, and will go out of our way to accommodate
you!
Can I
bring a friend to the club to workout with me?
Anytime Fitness
welcomes your friends and family to try out our club. You are
allowed to bring in a “local” guest one time to allow them to
try the fitness center with you. We offer a TRIAL MEMBERSHIP if
they would like to try us for longer. This is in effort to offer the absolute best customer
service to you, our member.
What are my
options for paying my monthly dues?
For your
convenience, Anytime Fitness will electronically deduct (EFT)
your monthly dues from either your checking account or credit
card account. You may also choose to buy a pre-paid membership
(which typically qualifies you for a bigger discount). We accept
all major credit cards.
What does Anytime
mean?
Anytime literally
means anytime. Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, 365 days a year. Nobody else around Mount Carmel
offers
this kind of convenience, backed up with top of the line
equipment, and superior customer service. When you come in to
work out, you swipe your membership key-card at the front door
and you are allowed access into the club. Our 24 hour state of
the art monitored video surveillance, contact alarms, and
emergency access buttons placed around the club ensure your
safety while you workout at 3 o'clock in the afternoon or 3
o'clock in the morning! |
