JUST ABS! A 40 minute workout that will move through a variety of exercises designed to concentrate on the rectus abdominus, transverse abdominus, and oblique's. Helping you tone and strengthen your waistline.
SCULPT This class utilizes hand weights to tone and strengthen each of the major muscle groups. Because there is very little time between exercise sets, you will get a moderate cardiovascular workout while you strengthen your muscles with the weighted exercises yielding tremendous body toning results in a very short period of time. All fitness levels are welcome!
SENIOR STRENGTH is a functional strength training workout for members 55+. Balance and flexibility will also be focused on.
SPIN is a fun cardiovascular, no impact workout using a stationary bicycle. Your instructor will simulate a variety of sprinting and hill climbing drills enabling you to build your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance. Classes are for all levels from beginners to advanced.
YOGA combines athletic strength, balance and flexibility mat class and utilizes powerful body movements for a challenging workout.
Zumba is the Latin dance fitness craze sweeping the country! It combines easy to follow dance moves, international music and a party atmosphere that will keep you coming back for more.
