24-Hour Access Package

Anytime Fitness partners with preferred vendor Apex Management Services. Apex provides the card reader that is placed at your front door, security options for your club, software to keep it simple, and member payment processing.Here is a typical scenario:

  1. After joining, members receive an access card to your club. A Proximity card reader is used to transmit the card’s special code - with no swiping necessary.
  2. Once the card is read, Apex's Frontier software program reads the information and checks to see that the member is not expired and is current with payments. If so, the door is unlocked and the member enters.
  3. The software program will track the usage of each individual, as well as let the club owner know each time a member tries to enter your facility. The software will also keep a record of every member who was not allowed in the club. 
  4. A security system in the club monitors the members, giving them a sense of security while they exercise, as well as giving you security with regard to your club. 
  5. The computer containing the software for member check-in, as well as the security recorder, should be locked in an office inside the club, and can be protected by an alarm. If someone should try to enter the office, an alarm activates and you and the police are notified.
  6. Security can include personal security devices installed throughout the club. Panic necklaces worn by members are mobile security devices. They allow a member to use a panic button for immediate medical responses or when emergency circumstances arise.
  7. The software is tied, via the Internet, to Apex Management Systems. Apex processes all member payments and then updates the software at your club with regard to who has paid and is current, as opposed to who is expired or past due.
  8. If you offer tanning, there is an option available for card reader access to your beds. Similar to the club entry system, a member simply uses their access card at the tanning door entrance. Then the software will check for two items within a member's record. First, to see if the member has already tanned that day. If the answer is yes, they will not be allowed access for their own protection The system also checks if the member has tanning included in their membership, or has purchased a tanning package and has not used up either the time or the number of sessions. If authorized for charging privileges, a member can tan and Apex will add the tanning charge to their next payment).
