Investment Requirements

Costs may vary based on build out requirements, amount of leased space, and equipment preferences.

Based on your budget and cash flow, your upfront costs can be minimized by leasing equipment and spreading your build out costs into your monthly lease (although this may increase your rent). Remember, one of the key business strategies with Anytime Fitness is to keep your expenses low. Our compact facilities incorporate a simple interior décor so you may not have to spend a lot on leasehold improvements, and our franchise fees are much lower in comparison to other franchises (we only charge a flat fee - not a percentage of sales).

You may need as little as $39,299 to get your club started with average monthly expenses equal to approximately 350 memberships!

Facilities

Most Anytime Fitness clubs will vary in size, floor plan, and layout depending on the shape of the space. Clubs vary in size from our Express model which ranges in sizes from 1200 - 2,500 square feet and then our standard model which ranges from 2500 - 5000 square feet.
